Infomedia India Ltd., formerly known as Tata Infomedia, India’s largest yellow pages & special interest magazines’ publisher, has appointed Dinesh Krishnan as the Editor, Better Photography. Besides Yellow Pages, Infomedia also publishes leading magazines such as Overdrive, IC-Chip, Better Photography, AV Max, Search and the recently launched Better Interiors.
Welcoming Krishnan to the Infomedia team, Prakash Iyer, Managing Director, Infomedia India, said, "With his rich experience in photojournalism and immense interest in photography, we are confident Dinesh would help Better Photography reach new heights in terms of newer and exciting contents."
Dinesh brings along with him 14 years of rich experience in photography and photojournalism. Krishnan is keenly associated with photography not only through his profession but also through his passion for the subject. Prior to this, he was associated with Business World, where he was heading the photography department.
He has completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Photojournalism from Mysore University and had also held an exhibition titled "Endless Horizons" which had a collection of photographs of the Himalayas taken while extensively trekking in Ladakh, Lahaul and Spiti regions of Uttaranchal.
