Next Gen Publishing launches 'Smart Photography'

Next Gen Publishing, a company recently set up by the Forbes Group and HDFC, has announced the launch of its first niche magazine 'Smart Photography' targeted at photography enthusiasts.

Smart Photography (SP) is a classy, well-designed and informative monthly that covers the entire spectrum of the photography industry and related products. It carries various interesting sections through which readers will get detailed information on products, services and techniques for both digital and analogue photography ranging from cameras, film, output devices, equipment, supplies and services. To help customers with their purchase decisions, the magazine will also test and evaluate cameras, printers, scanners, paper and even software for colour correction and image enhancement in the digital space.

The 128-page inaugural issue is now out on the stands at a special invitation price of Rs. 50/- and features a competitive review of seven leading products, four techniques and an interview with Farrokh Chothia one of India's topmost professional photographers. SP will regularly carry features and interviews with leading photographers and experts, and help budding photographers to improve their imaging skills. The magazine is printed on 90 GSM art paper for enhanced colour reproduction, an essential for a quality photography magazine.
